Refund and Return Policy

Whether you’re purchasing a print or an original art piece, I want you to be happy with your purchase.   That being said, I will accept a return on any piece within 60 days of purchase as long as the product is in the same condition as it was when received.

You will be refunded the full amount less any shipping/handling fees. The refund will be handled in the same way it was received; if you paid by credit card, check, venmo, apple pay – you will receive your refund using the same service. The refund will be completed once the original piece is received.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

I can exchange a print if it is received defective or damaged. Original art – well, all the pieces are one of a kind. If you would want to exchange the art for a comparable piece we would have to discuss that at length. Send an email to info@caroljoannette.com.

Shipping returns

To return your product, send me an email at info@caroljoannette.com and I will provide you with the address to send the return to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items (like an original art piece), you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
